There was a man called Chris Spence who transformed a school in Canada from a lousy school (full of violence and drugs) to a school who received the Canada Award for Excellence.Most of the time,there will be fights and bullying.Students were beaten up for not being able to follow high fashion.
Within three years as a principal,he manage to instill discipline respect and pride of the students from this school.
